August Haul ... PART I ( Part II Coming Soon! )

Okay, I have to say this, I'm sorry for the long delay, but I've been busy and all that these past few weeks. I haven't been blogging like before nowadays because I have a lot of things to do besides blogging.

I am currently doing some online studies for my career, so that's taking most of my time lately. Also, summer classes are up, and I got loads of classes lately. I've been working 5 days a week lately, meaning, only 2 days that I got to stay at home, if I don't go out on my holidays.

Also, I've been on a search for a new job for the incoming school year since last school year was over. But the search is over, I already found a new job. Yey! Anyway, enough talking! Here are my purchases for this month. It's quite a lot, but there are more to come because I asked my sister to buy me some more stuffs from USA this August. YES! She's coming back here in Hong Kong for her summer vacation and I asked her to buy stuffs for me that cannot be purchases here in Hong Kong. Anyway, here's my own purchases. PART 1!

MAC - Spring Colour Forecast : Purple / Violet

This is a part of the Spring Color Forecast that was released last April from MAC. It was released in four colors which are Pink, Peach, Purple and Beige. I got only 1 piece of lipstick from this line and also the blush ombre for this color. I got the color radicchio lipstick and blush ombre in Vintage Grape for this color from MAC.

For my own opinion, I don't think this color is suitable for spring. It is more of a fall / winter color for me because it is too dark. Maybe for my color only. But I'm not a big fan of this color from their Spring Colour Forecast Collection.

For the lipstick, Radicchio is a very nice color so I kept it. Saving it because I might get to use it for Fall / Winter this year. But for the blush ombre, I tried to love it because yes, it is one of the most wanted blush that is a part of the limited editions for spring, but unfortunately, it doesn't really suit me. It looks like dirt of my face, and when put the right amount of color, I look fierce on it. Good thing I found her a new home, a lovely MUAer from UK! Swapping it in exchange for MAC Lipstick (Vegas Volt and Snob). Can't wait!!!

MAC - Spring Colour Forecast : Pink

I'm a big fan of this Spring Colour Forecast Line from MAC. I bought their lipsticks and blush ombre from this line.

* I didn't get Pink Burst because I thought it's too pink for me. Still contemplating whether I should buy this or not... Anyway, here's the blush ombre that is from this collection:

Azalea Blossom

I love this Blush Ombre from this collection because it gives me the "pink color" that I want to achieve, very light wearing and easy to apply. You can find my review about MAC's Blush Ombre here.

All in all, MAC Spring Colour Forecast - Pink : I LOVE IT!!!
