Shiseido Majolica Majorca - Lash Expander Frame Plus in BK999

Posted by Rica at 7:54 PM 0 comments

I love this mascara from Majolica Majorca! I bought this Sasa for around...... Errr.. Sorry, I can't remember how much this cost already. Hehe. Anyway, this used to be my HG mascara... Until I found Lavshuca's.

BK999 is a very deep black color making your eye lashes looking longer and adds a little volume. I use this with a mascara base which adds a lot of volume and length compare without using one.
Also, it's waterproof, so no worries about getting it wet under the rain. Unless you're really planning to. LOL. By the way, this is the old version of Majolica Majorca's mascaras. I heard that they added fiber to the newly released mascaras. I haven't tried it yet though. But one thing's for sure, the previously released mascaras are great! I recommend it! :)

Majolica Majorca - Mascara Base

Posted by Rica at 12:14 AM 0 comments

I never put on any mascara without a base to start with. Majolica Majorca's Mascaras were my very first favorite mascaras. I started using them a year ago and still am right now. I love how they give volume and length to my eyelashes without putting on any artificial stuffs.

Anyway, I use this as a starter before I put on the mascara that I want to use for the day. The thing that I love about this product from Majolica Majorca is that its brush. It makes it easier to reach the deep ends of your eyelashes, and easier to make it longer.

Here's a close up on its brush (sorry, I don't have macro lenses for my cam to zoom it up clearly..)

Also, I got the old version of this product. I saw on someone's review online that it was revised by Shiseido and has fibers now. I wonder what good does it make... Anyway, I'm loving it. I use two HG Mascara Bases.. And this is one of them. Another hands down for Majolica Majorca!

Majolica Majorca Jewelling Pencil

Posted by Rica at 10:34 AM 0 comments

I love, love, LOVE Majolica Majorca... They're so cute and princessy not to mention they are very much affordable. They can be purchased over Watson's Personal Store for a very affordable price. My very first purchase from this brand is their mascaras and I really liked it! It's actually my HG mascara...

My latest purchase from Majolica Majorca is the Jewelling Pencil or what they called the eyeliner pencil from their brand. I bought it in black - BK999. Each pencil just costs HKD 60 over the counter.

For my opinion, it's ok, nothing bad about it, still contemplating whether I should buy a replacement to the Jewelling Pencil that I just swapped over MUA...

It's well-pigmented, and very cute. Only that it comes in a very short pencil, rather than the usual KOHL liner that we usually see... Another hands down for Majolica Majorca!

Giving a Boo-Hoo For Majolica Majorca

Posted by Rica at 12:56 PM 0 comments

Two weeks ago, I bought this cute brow customize powder from Majolica Majorca. Since I don't know how to groom my very, very thin eyebrows, I thought that this is the perfect product for me. It's in powdered form, with a tip-like sponge. It's very easy to apply, you just have to draw a line for making your eyebrows, unlike the others, you still have to do a lot of stuffs before getting that "perfect" look.

Yes, I did bought it. I bought it over Watson's Personal Store for around HKD 55. And take note... You can customize it the way you wanted it to look like. But you have to buy them separately. For example, I chose the brow powder, and since I wanted it to be "pencil-like," I also purchased the brush that was sold separately, around HKD 55 each. So, the total all in all was around HKD 100+ to get that "brow-pencil" look from this line from Majolica Majorca.

I was in fact excited to use it for the first time because I'm an avid fan of Majolica Majorca. I love their mascaras, amazed by how full, long and thick my lashes can be after using them. So I thought this would be the same since it's also from Majolica Majorca. But actually, I was disappointed after using this product. The color of the brow is fine. It's actually a dark brown shade, so it's in the middle of black and brown. Not looking too black to be labeled as "unnatural" and not to light as well.

Downside of this product? Well, I don't know if it was me or the product, but one thing is for sure, the pencil is so hard to control and I need to swipe around 20x just to get my brows looking thick and full. Also, it doesn't last long. I used it I think, twice, and within that two times that I used it, I observed that at the middle of the day, I already need to retouch my brows because it's turning very light! What a disappointment!

I was really disappointed with this product from Majolica Majorca... Since my Mom has the same brows as mine (I inherited my brows from her...), I gave her this product... Oh well.. I guess I'm still in search for my perfect brow liner....
