Kose Esprique Precious - Eye Shadow Singles - OR210

This is one of my favorite eye shadows. I rarely, rarely, rarely use eye shadows because I'm too lazy to blend and mix and I would usually go for a natural look with just a lipstick and a blusher on, so I get to use this very seldom. But this eye shadow from Esprique Kose never fails me.

It's in orange with little gold sparkled glitters on it. The texture of the eye shadow is very smooth and silky, not to mention it is very easy to apply. I think you can also apply this with a wet applicator for a long lasting effect. For me, I use my Benefit She Laq sealer.

For my medium-fair skin-tone (NC30 / NC35), this has an orangy-bronze-gold finish look which I usually love. Japanese brand eye shadows are really good with eye shadows, they rarely fail!

Kose Esprique Precious - Moist On Rouge in PK811

This is my very first purchase from Kose's Esprique Precious Line. Since I'm into lipsticks at that time, I decided to play safe it with Esprique's Moist on Rouge. I am more of a pink-gal lipstick rather than red or nude brown color, so I purchased PK811. I got it from Seibu for I believe HKD 195-ish in Langham Place, Mongkok.

At first sight, I love its packaging. It is an all white packaging with a tiny glittery-like belt around it. Its lipstick has little glitters all over but not that visible when applied. It is very sheer and light, if you just want a very light kind of lippy. My only problem with this lipstick is that it's not moisturizing. It dries up my lips making me want to take it all off everytime and then re-applying it.

I don't have this lipstick anymore since I'm not really fond of it. I believe I can get the same color with other brands with more moisturizing effect on my lips. I swapped it over a wonderful MUAer last month.

Estee Lauder - Cyber White Ex Extra Brightening Powder Makeup SPF20/PA+

I used to use this powder foundation from Estee Lauder last year. I got it from Seibu for God knows how much it is.. Sorry guys, I forgot already the price... I think it's around HKD 300+. I purchased this because it was recommended by the sales lady from Estee Lauder. It is ok for my opinion. Good coverage and also oil-controlling. It doesn't get cakey but the problem I got with this is that the shades of Cyber White Ex's powder foundations are too light for me. I am an NC30 for MAC and I don't have a suitable color for this powder foundation line from Estee Lauder.

Also, I noticed that besides the whitening effect of this powder, all of the mentioned pluses from this product can be found from a drugstore brand cosmetics. I have a Maybelline Angelfit Powder Foundation and it's almost the same as this powder foundation from Estee Lauder minus the whitening.

For my opinion, the price is not reasonable at all and I'm not going to repurchase this product again. Anyone in here needs the compact?! I have one that I'm not using anymore...

Estee Lauder - Liquid Foundation Double Wear Light Stay-In-Place Makeup SPF 10 in Light-Medium

My sister bought me this liquid foundation as a christmas gift last christmas. We bought this over Seibu counter in Langham Place, Mongkok for errr... Sorry, I forgot already how much it is. The lady from Estee Lauder suggested the shade light-medium for me for my NC30 / NC35 skin color. She bought this together with the powder foundation and the freebie that we got from all our Estee Lauder purchases. It was my first time to buy something from Estee Lauder! In fact, I really know nothing about makeups until that day. My sister taught me how to apply liquid foundation and the proper step by step ways to put on your everyday make up. (Thanks sis! :) )

Anyway, I chose this because I need something that has a good coverage but stays for a very long time. And this was it. The coverage is good but the staying power? Hmmm.. So far, it's ok.. It doesn't hold that much for me but not that bad as well. So far it's ok and besides, this is Estee Lauder! With Estee Lauder, I could never go wrong! :)

Benefit - She Laq

I must say, I'm not that impressed with Benefit's She Laq Makeup Sealer. My sister told me about it and said I need a make-up sealer for my gel eyeliner (even though it is waterproof just to make sure it doesn't smudge) especially during summertime. And so, I rushed to Seibu to grab one. She Laq here in Hong Kong costs HKD 300 each.

I didn't even know that there's such thing as a Make Up Sealer!

Well, I have to admit it, at first, I really don't like it... It's so hard to control and if it was applied to your make-up with the wrong amount of She Laq, your eyeliner / eyeshadow melts and it will be gone before you know it. I really hate it at first because I don't know how much should I put to prevent my make up from melting. But as time passed by, I perfected using my She Laq!

Now, I love using it, not to mention it comes with a cheap range of brushes to help you apply the sealer easily. Hey! It's better than nothing! And now, I love it!

I can't imagine going out without Benefit's She Laq on!

I have to be honest... Benefit Cosmetics's starting to grow on me.. I think I'm starting to fall for Benefit Cosmetics, besides MAC... :)

Esprique Precious Samples...

I bought my first purchase from Esprique Precious in Seibu a few weeks ago and got these two as a freebie from my haul. I got a sampler of their skincare set which is their Live Charge Lotion, Moisturizer M and a mask.

Actually, their skin care was ok for my own point of view. Didn't give me any break-out. But, there's nothing special about their skincare set.. It didn't give my skin a smoother look or anything at all. It doesn't have a good after effect on me.

I didn't like their Moisturizer because it's too liquidy for my opinion. It takes time to let it dry. Their lotion is also ok, it's very light and very good on the face (but no after effect on my face.. :( ).

Well.. So much about Esprique Skin Care for me... I'm moving on to find my HG Skin Care set...
