Ap-Au Lipstick in #06

This lipstick reminds me very much of my NYX Round Lipsticks.

Anyway, I got this lipstick for HKD 15 from Sasa Outlet in Yau Ma Tei. It is located in Nathan Road. You can take the train, get off at Yau Ma Tei MTR station and exit at exit "C" when you get to Yau Ma Tei.

I love this lipstick's color. Its finish is matte to lustre, depends on how you use it. It is a non-blue based lipstick, orang-y coral color. It is very much similar to fig, only a bit orang-y.

About the lipstick's formula, like what I mentioned, its formula is similar to NYX's Round Lipsticks. Only that it's a little bit drier. I noticed that after a few reapplies, my lips are getting dry and chapped. I would definitely stick to NYX Round Lipsticks than this if I was given only two choices.

The staying power of this lipstick is a bit longer than Marion's Fashion Design Lipsticks. Approximately 1 - 1/2 hour to be precise.

I am not going to repurchase this lipstick anymore in any other color even though I love this one for my normal use. Why? Well, I don't like the creaminess of this lipstick (just like NYX's). It's just like gliding oil into my lips...

Ap-Au Lipstick in #08

Anyway, I got this lipstick for HKD 15 from Sasa Outlet in Yau Ma Tei. It is located in Nathan Road, just near one of the exits in Yau Ma Tei MTR Train Station.

Its color is a very light frosted blue-based pink with glitters. The color is so-so ok to my skin color. I look "tanned" with this lipstick, compared to the other pink lipsticks that I've used in the past. It makes me look darker, which I actually love.

In case you guys are still not aware, my skin color from the MAC skin color chart is NC30 - NC35, anything darker nor lighter than that, doesn't suit my skin color.

Since it is a blue-based colored lipstick, it doesn't suit me perfectly. It is wearable, but not my kind of a "Holy Grail" lipstick color.

Marion Fashion Design Lipstick in #724

I got this lipstick from Sasa Outlet in Yau Ma Tei for guess how much?! .... It's only for HKD 8! ( approximately USD 1 ). Compared to VOV Aqua Lip Lipstick, the quality of this lipstick is disappointing. First, it comes with a very cheap packaging. For its price, it is understandable that it only comes in a clear, cheap plastic packaging, but if you compare it with the VOV Aqua Lip Lipstick's packaging, you'll wonder what I'm talking about. Plus, I'm not really disappointed with the lipstick's formula, but I'm not really pleased at all as well. It is okay, but a bit drying. I don't use my MAC Prep + Prime Lips before putting this on, because for sure, this would just chap my lips up. Anyway, it's not that moisturizing, I noticed that after approximately 6-7 retouch, my lips are getting chapped or let's say, "dry."

About the staying power of this lipstick, it stays around 30 - 45 mins ( less staying power than NYX's ) before it melts to your lips.

The color of this lipstick is not that good on me, but wearable for my skin color. It is a hot pink or bright fuschia colored lipstick, which is blue-based. It is similar to NYX's Louisiana, only that it is blue-based.

I am not going to repurchase this lipstick anymore because it didn't please me that well to be precise.

VOV - Magique Aqua Lip #06 Lipstick

This is one of my cheap, cheap, good find Holy Grail Lipstick! I got this from Sasa Outlet in Yau Ma Tei for only HKD 10 (as far as I can remember...), but the quality of its lipstick is beyond what I expected for a cheap lipstick!

I love, love the lipstick itself. It is moisturizing, prevents it from getting chapped and making my lips extra soft after applying it (even after removing it.). Staying power?! Well, let's just say that its staying power is better than NYX Round Lipsticks. It stays longer, around approximately 1 hour to 1 1/2 to be precise.

About the color of this lipstick. It's a holy grail for my coral fetish! It is a subtle and natural coral color, which suits my NC30 / NC35 skin tone in lustre. It doesn't have a blue-based tone, that's why it suits me well. Anyway, here's a swatch of this lipstick.

About those who are interested to buy this, I think they still have stocks over Sasa Outlet, not sure though, because the last time I went there, they still have a few left. I'm not also sure if they replenish the stocks that they have since it is an Outlet shop. Goodluck finding it!

En Coleur - Lip Liners

As of now, these are just my lip liners. I am still learning on how to use lip liners since I never got to use them before. I just bought these for HKD 10 only at Sasa Outlet. They are very easy to be worn off and needs a lot of retouches from time to time.

I don't mind that problem from En Coleur at all since it's only HKD 10. Who cares, right?! It's very cheap. Even though I get to finish them quickly, I can always purchase one since it's very cheap. I have two of them, one is perfect for my nude / peachy lipstick shade, and the other one is for my hot pink lipsticks.

I bought the hot pink one for my hot pink lipsticks and the brown-pink lip liner for my coral lipsticks. It is perfect and suits every color from my lipstick collection!

I don't think I'm gonna repurchase these lip liners again since I just bought it for practice. :)

Maybelline - Unstoppable Lash Extension Mascara in Dark Blue

This is the crappiest mascara that I've got at the moment. I got this over Sasa Outlet for HKD 20 only. No wonder it's for sale for a very, very, VERY low price. It's as useless as putting nothing at all. I bought it in dark blue color, thinking that I would have a mascara for a change.

Anyway, I use this with my Lavshuca mascara base. When I put this on, first, about the color, it is mentioned to be "dark blue", right?! The color doesn't show on me. I'm not sure whether because my hair color is dark brown, or it's the mascara itself.

Plus, I don't really know what this mascara does. Does it add volume? Does it add length to your eyelash?! I really have no idea. I tried putting this on a few times already, but same results are showing. NOTHING. It doesn't give volume nor length to my eye lashes. Nor color.

About the brush that comes with this, I also don't like the brush! It's really hard to control, hard to reach the far edges of my eye lashes, making my mascara looks uneven. What other negatives do I need to give for this product from Maybelline?! One sentence to describe it...

Such a waste of money!

Electric Eyelash Curler

I got this from Sasa Outlet for HKD 20 only. Yes, it's only HKD 20! (divide to 7.8 to get USD, times 6.7 to get PHP).

This is one of my everyday must. I use this electric eyelash curler instead of the normal eyelash curler. I use this before putting on my mascara base. What's the difference between the normal mascara? It has a very huge difference for me. It curls my eye lashes 80% more than the normal eyelash curler. It makes my eye lashes looking longer and it curls evenly, not to mention it makes my eyelashes easier to curl by just curling it once, rather than using the normal one. This is my second time to buy this eye lash curler. Why? Well, it's brandless, probably made in China, that's why it's very easy to break, but who cares?! I can always get a replacement everywhere, not to mention it's only HKD 20. Not bad! :D

Docile and En Coleur Lip Liners

I just started learning how to use lip pencils and these are my very lip pencils. I bought this because these are cheap, and since I'm still practicing, these are perfect. I bought my En Coleur Lip Pencils for HKD 10 each and the Docile Lip Liners for HKD 5 each at Sasa Cosmetics and Sasa Outlet.

I love the color, they perfectly match with my lipsticks, but they are very easy to wear off. I don't mind it at all because they are very cheap anyway.

Docile Lipstick Review

I was craving for a baby doll colored lipstick in nude and YES! I got it yesterday from my haul at Sasa Outlet. I bought it for HKD 28 only. To complete the look that I'm achieving, I also purchased a baby doll colored lip liner for HKD 5. Yes, it's only HKD 5. Both of the products are from the brand called Docile.

I know, Docile is an unknown brand and can only be purchased from Sasa, but it's ok. My first purchase from Docile was long time ago, when I was still in college, a black eyeliner and it was fine.

I tried putting it on today and it is perfect! I got the look that I wanted, and very much satisfied with the lipstick's texture. It doesn't dry your lips unlike otherlipsticks would. It's also very pigmented, just one swipe and the color is already visible on your lips. But I have one minor thing that I dislike from this product. It is not a long-wear lipstick, so every now and then, I have to retouch my lipstickeven though I'm already wearing a lip primer. But overall, With a lipstick that costs only HKD 28, the quality is acceptable and good and best of all, I do like it.
